Adhering to the following audio/visual requirements and guidelines will help to ensure a great experience for your audience.
Please provide a hand-held microphone (not a lavaliere), either wireless or wired with enough cord to walk 1/3 of the way into the audience. A back-up microphone is also required.
Also provide a black music stand with 10 sheets of blank paper.

Also provide an LCD projector, the largest screen possible for the room, and a power strip. (I’ll bring my own laptop.)
The best room arrangement for my presentation is with the audience seated in theater style. A second option is classroom style. The third option is round tables. Position the first row no more than 10 feet from the stage.
The ideal stage/riser height for audiences of up to 200 people is 6 to 12 inches; for audiences of more than 200 people, 1 to 2 feet is appropriate.
The house lights should be turned up full—and for the best impact, use stage lights. I create a lot of characters with facial expressions and the audience needs to see me fully lit.
The audience will always respond better in a room that is comfortable or a bit cooler versus a room that is too warm.
I will provide handouts on site. Please let us know how many people will be attending the keynote and breakout session in your Pre-Program Questionnaire.
